If you are an active (all dues paid) member, you should pay $80 for your ticket (before September 1st).  Afterwards, all tickets are $100. Write your name, chapter and chairperson in the "WRITE A NOTE" section.

If you are paying for more than one ticket, then multiply that number by the ticket price and enter it in the "dollars" section. In the "WRITE A NOTE" section please write the names of the additional ticket holders so they can be seated properly.

If you choose to donate more than the ticket price to show financial support for NCBW then write the difference over and above the ticket price in the "WRITE A NOTE" section so that it can be accounted for properly.
